Answer: You will need to buy a workbook for a student and answer book for the teacher. The work is laid out on A3 sheets. Each sheet contains its own question with sufficient space to draw the answer, as per Curriculum Assessment Policy Statement (CAPS) of the Department of Education. The answer book is printed in full colour on A3 sheets; each sheet contains the answer of the workbook sheet on scale. The answer book should only be bought for the teacher; an A4 answer book is available for students who want their own answer book. This book’s contents are the same as the A3 answer book; it is only printed on A4 in black and white. The course drawing’s answers are not included as it is mainly used for external moderation. The purpose of the textbooks is to assist the student to understand the scope of Engineering Graphics and Design, as well as the underlying values students should strive to attain.
